Shipping Policy
We ship your items within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment. We use Canada Post Xpresspost unless it's quicker and more cost effective through UPS or Fed Ex.
For International orders you may need to pay duties or other taxes and fees. We don't handle those at our end.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of natural products, product safety and purity cannot be guaranteed once they have left our studio and then returned for re-sale. Therefore all sales are final.

We do our utmost to ensure the product gets to you in the best condition possible.
We encourage you to look carefully over the ingredient lists on the website before you purchase to make sure that you are not buying anything known to aggravate any (personal) sensitivities.
If by chance the packaging is defective and exchange is necessary, please contact us by email
within 24 hours of receiving your purchase so we can help.
Any unauthorized returns will not be credited.
